Shopping InfoOrder Processing
When you place your order, we will give you an estimation of how long
it will take to prepare your order for shipping from our studio.
Sometimes you may order an image that we already have printed and ready
to go, in which case it will leave the studio within 2 days. When
printing to demand, depending on the quantity of prints ordered and
other work in-hand, it typically takes 3-5 days to process a printing
order, including 24 to 48 hours for the ink to out-gas during which
period prints are the most susceptible to contact damage from handling.
From there, the actual delivery time-frame will depend on your
destination, chosen shipping method and your country’s customs office.
The quality and authenticity of every artwork offered for sale by MiMa is guaranteed, and is in excellent condition unless otherwise stated. We will accept for refund or replacement any order, or part thereof, that you are not completely satisfied with providing it is shipped back to us in its original packing material and container in perfect condition. Insurance of the return shipment is the responsibility of the sender. All returns must be within 7 days of receipt. All shipments are fully insured. We will replace any order, or part thereof, that is damaged in shipment. Should your order be damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of the time of delivery, by email or by calling toll free on 1 877 335 8111 (N. America), otherwise the order shall be deemed inspected and accepted by you. We will never sell, share, or give away your information to anyone else without your permission. We will only use your personal information ourselves, for the purpose of doing business with you and to make that experience efficient at this end, painless at yours. MiMa holds your email address in strictest confidence. We will not sell, give away, or otherwise distribute your address to any third party. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please contact us with your concerns. We accept payments through PayPal, either through the shopping cart or if you prefer a personal service when buying art and make the initial inquiry by email or telephone, we accept checks, bank transfers, international money orders and PayPal can still be used by sending you a PayPal Money Request. Or you can print this form and fax it to us or you can send us the order using postal mail. . Prices do not include tax, which is added at the time of purchase.
