How Items are Shipped & Priced

All items are professionally packaged. We usually ship with Canada Post using the Xpresspost service, Purolator or Greyhound, to provide the best service at the most reasonable cost. Other carriers  such as UPS Ground Service or FedEx can be used on request.

Flat Rate Shipping Within Canada: Per Print

$15 flat rate: one print up to 30”x24”  
plus $15 handling fee - print 30”x 24” – 48”x36”         
plus $30 handling fee - print over 48”x36”


Canada Post Xpresspost Service Standards

Canada, Major Urban Centers: 1 to 2 days
Canada, Non-major Urban Centers: 1 to 3 days
Canada, Northern Regions and Remote Centers: 3 to 7 days
USA: 3 to 5 business days
International: 4 to 7 business days

Express Shipping

We will gladly quote for the fastest shipping service available to most international destinations. Please contact us to discuss express shipping options and pricing with you. (For example, typically, UPS International 3 to 5 day service costs about 50% more than Canada Post.)

Coverage for Loss or Damage

All shipments are fully insured. We will replace any print that is damaged in shipment. Should your order be damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the time of delivery, otherwise the order shall be deemed inspected and accepted by you.

Return Policy/Satisfaction Guarantee

We will accept for refund or replacement any print that you are not completely satisfied with providing the print is shipped back to us in its original packing material and container in perfect condition. Insurance of the return shipment is the responsibility of the sender. All prints must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Notification of Shipping and Tracking the Order

After your order has been placed we will confirm receipt of the order and keep you informed as to the progress of your order. Then we will email or telephone you when the order has been shipped with the expected date of arrival. If for any reason you do not receive correspondence, please contact us.

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier service. The carrier will provide an estimate of delivery time at the time of shipping. If that date has passed or you have any other concerns about your order, please contact us and we will track your shipment.

Duties and Taxes

There are no duties to pay within North America on art. Internationally, whilst in our experience it rarely happens, depending on your local customs office you may be required to pay duties and taxes, usually cash-on-delivery. MiMa has no control over or responsibility for this, and has no way of determining what your duties and taxes may amount to. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

Order Processing Restrictions to Some Countries

If your country is on the international fraud black-list, this will prevent us from taking your order. We apologise for any inconvenience.
