![]() Jeanette Jarville was born in Vancouver. She has been painting since the age of 11, attended art school in Berlin for 1 year and graduated from Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design in 1996. Many of her originals are painted in a unique backward method, reverse on clear panels. This is challenging for once a brushstroke is made it cannot be changed. Bold and colorful compositions with "lots of drama" is how she describes her work. Jeanette's work has been published in magazines, newspapers, received awards and can be found in private and corporatecollections throughout Canada, USA, and Europe.
