![]() Elsa Marley is an accomplished West/East painter/poet/professor of over 50 years. A Canadian born in BC, she is living and teaching in the US. She graduated from Vancouver School of Art, now Emily Carr, in the early 50's and later received a MFA from San Francisco Art Institute in 1985. She studied with Joan Miro in Spain, Hans Hoffman in New York, and attended the Royal College of Art in London. She spent four years in China doing post graduate collaborative work that toured China and the US, sponsored by the two governments. She has a long history of East/West Collaborations and is published in collections in Europe, Asia and US. Her paintings are available at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art Artists Gallery.
